Shipping and Return Policy

In order to provide the freshest quality cakes possible, Jeannie's Cakes are baked after we receive your custom order.  Cakes must be shipped priority mail, overnight or 2nd day service.  We cannot accept returns.  In the unlikely event your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately for a  refund or replacement. Send photo of the damaged box and damaged product.  Great customer service is our highest priority.
